Approximately fifty Québec food producers were in Toronto on October 22 to meet with some 400 buyers as they sampled products crafted by Québec artisans.
For the past 8 years, Rendez-vous gourmet Québec has attracted industry professionals from the greater Toronto region eager to taste and buy some of Québec's newest gastronomic creations. Québec producers enjoyed the opportunity to network and promote their products to specialized buyers in the food sector, including head chefs, hotel representatives, distributors, independent food retailers and retail chains.
