Resolution of the National Assembly

Given the numerous and recurring intergovernmental issues that arise, the National Assembly of Québec is regularly called upon to state its position, by means of resolutions, on matters of particular significance in this area, such as Québec's political and constitutional status, respect for its areas of jurisdiction, its national identity and public policies, financial issues and various other sectorial issues where the interests of the people of Québec are at stake.

These resolutions, adopted by the National Assembly of Québec, provide a more formal expression of Québec's positions and are used to support the executive branch in dealings with the federal and provincial governments.

The resolutions listed below, although not exhaustive, provide an overview of positions adopted by the National Assembly of Québec over the years.
