For the purpose of defending the constitutional interests of Québec, the Government of Québec, acting through the Attorney General of Québec, has decided to legally challenge some federal legislative measures over the past few years. The Attorney General of Québec has also acted as an intervener in certain litigation cases to defend Québec’s constitutional jurisdiction.
